What is Ellagic Acid?
Ellagic acid is present in many red fruits and berries, including raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, pomegranate and some nuts including pecans and walnuts. Supplement Spot?s Ellagic acid is derived from 500 mg of pomegranate extract thus creating 200 mg of ellagic acid.
